Personal training is for anyone:
  • in training
  • recovering from an injury
  • trying to lose weight
  • wanting to vary a fi tness routine,
  • wanting to improve health and mobility
What can you expect from working out with our Certified Personal Trainers?

Personal Training
  • Workouts designed to meet your specific needs and personal goals
  • Utilize equipment in our studio or the Hyde Creek weight room
  • Sessions are booked based on your schedule
1 session/$64, 3/$160, 5/$255 10/$490
Small Group Training
  • Train with a friend and share the cost
  • Utilize equipment in our studio or the Hyde Creek weight room.
  • For groups of two or three people.
2 PEOPLE: 1 class/$40, 3/$125/each, 5/$200 each
3 PEOPLE: 1 class/$35, 3/$105/each, 5/$165 each

Registered Group Training Classes
  • Work with a Personal Trainer at a lower cost
  • Commit to a timeslot and a circuit-style workout
  • Enjoy variety and results in these motivating classes
  • Min. 2/max. 4 people per group
  • Register in a scheduled class or arrange your own group
  • 4 classes/$110
Active Rehab

Active rehabilitation means the individual takes an active role in their recovery.  Under the guidance of a registered Kinesiologist, clients learn to manage their injuries independently and achieve an optimal level of independence.  We'll help you manage your condition, reduce your pain and increase your freedom of movement.  Call 604.927.5175 to book your appointment.
