Park Host Program 
The City of Port Coquitlam's Parks and Recreation Department provides hosting at the RailSide Youth Park at Lions Park (2300 Lions Way). Contractual opportunities exist for those motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are interested in being a part of the dynamic team of contractos delivering hosting services.
The City is look for high-energy people with an outgoing and friendly personality to greet newcomers and regulars at RailSide to educate them on park rules and regulations and to model exemplary park etiquette. Park Hosts will serve as role models to other patrons of the park by displaying safe practices at all times. Helmets are mandatory.
The ability to skateboard, bike or inline skate proficiently is required. Preference is given to those with recreation leadership skills and a current first aid certificate.
The Park Host Program will run Monday to Friday (3-8pm) and Saturday and Sunday (11am-8pm). Times and days will vary.
