The Port Coquitlam Recreation Complex underwent a complete renovation and expansion in 1999. The complex is home to the Jon Baillie Arenas, which contains two arenas, a large multi-purpose hall, a meeting room, eight large dressing rooms, the Offside youth centre, a skate shop and delicious food services. This facility also houses the Wilson Centre, a community centre for people 50 years or better.

The arena is CLOSED for ice skating activities until September 2010.
Public ice sessions begin in mid-September and finish in mid-March. There are tournaments on some weekends. Call 604.927.7970 to see if the public skating sessions are running.
- All skate sessions are cancelled on statutory holidays unless otherwise noted.
- Helmets are strongly recommended for all and are required for children under 12. Effective January 1, 2005 bicycle helmets will not be permitted for any ice sessions.
- No sticks or pucks during public skating sessions.
- Children 7 years and under must be accompanied on the ice by an adult
